Our thumb-licking meal at Papa Johns . Savouring ~~~~

Yeah finally have the chance to taste the pizza done in Shanghai yesterday. We went eat at Papa Johns. Heard tt name b4 ? Coz think in Singapore also has this store. Yesterday after work , me n mel went to meet up with Marg n Ql at 东昌路 ，me and the M&Ms reached the station at 5.10pm , since we were earli so we decided to go look for the restaurant first. Yesterday was a rainy day , whole day was raining. And we gotta walked in the battering rain with the strong howling wind in search for the restaurant. Of course we got the umbrella on hand. We walked out from exit 2 to try our chance. After seeking help from a traffic control personnel - a lady , we walked in the direction in search of 820 世纪大道路, but after walking some distance, we found tt we were drifting further from the numbers. SO at a junction , we asked another traffic control personnel, and he asked us to walk in the direction which was to literally walk back to the MRT station. Diaoz...wasted our time lo. But not bad la, coz on the way back ,we came across this small fruit shop selling the mini mangoes t $3.80 per jin. This price is so much cheaper than the one selling at the supermarket near my flat which is at $8.80 per jin. What a Difference rite ... tO FULFIL my mango craving , i bought some. Sinful sia ~~~


We met Ql at the mrt station and we juz walked to exit 3 and saw the restaurant when we juz came out from the exit. OMG .. walked so much for nothing . Nvm .. treat the walking as exercise before meal ... actually opened up my big appetite =P Hehe ... okay , here's what we ordered :
1. 9"inch pizza named SHANGHAI TREASURE
2. 9"inch pizza named Alfredo Deluxe
3. Papa's sampler platter (with chicken wings, onion rings and wedges)
4. Chicken with mushroom calzone
5. Apple pie with ice cream

Total costs : 194 rmb = $<9/pax


The pizza was much nicer that what i ate back home. The shanghai treasure abit bland but after added some cheese , tasted not bad. The bbq chicken wings were the BEST .. so juicy lo ... Hmmm... Muz try out the Pizza Hut here. Though my pocket will burn a hole sia...now already start burning liaoz. lolx... MEL please control me =P haha .... Cant wait to try out the Brazalian BBQ restaurant in April. Hehe every mth , we got the chance to eat nice food as we will be celebrating our housemates birthday , though Mel and Qiaoli's birthdays are in Nov and Dec respectively. Muz have some good food to satisfy our mouth craving what .. Sinful sinful ...


Talking abt today (THUR) another rainy day ... So sianz , made my jeans wet and dirty. Muz wash the jean soon liaoz. Todae nuttin special in the office too ~~ juz chatted with Yuan Shan n Mel on msn . Then after lunch , went to the Environmental lab ther to take some pics which will come in handy when we do the website thingy . Guess what , the lab was in a corner of the level , then looked v old with all the stained equipments. But the lab was filled with students doing their masters' research. After which ,we were brought to the 3rd floor to take pics of other labs. This time round , these labs are more professionally looking , at least the equipments look new and sophiscated ! Looks more like a Uni's lab. Lolx... anyway , felt stupid to take those pics as i dunno what to write up on . Hehehe ...


Now back in the office ... finishing up my attachment report .. gng to go home soon .. well settling the dinner thingy with Mel ... =P
